Cancellation Policy We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. •Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 25% of the booked service. •No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 50% of the booked service cost. Illness Policy If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you reschedule your appointment to another time. Please do not come to the salon if you are experiencing symptoms of illness. •If you cancel due to illness with less than 24 hours’ notice, the same 25% late cancellation fee applies. •No-shows due to illness without notice will be subject to the 50% no-show fee.
